Climate Change – What it Means for the Flat Lands of East Anglia

Our March talk includes three experienced panellists with expertise in glacier melt, sea level rise, flood and drought. Each panellist will speak individually for a few minutes, followed by an open discussion where members can ask questions and make comments.  Our three distinguished panellists are Dr Rob Larter from the British Antarctic Survey who makes a welcome return following his thought-provoking presentation last year. Nick Balmer who has worked on environmental projects globally with his favourite projects focusing on rivers and coastal sites. Rob Bakewell who is the Drought Project Manager at the Environment Agency. Do join us for a discussion on these important topics.
